WHERE ARE BROWNSTONE CANDLES MADE? Brownstone candles have been hand-poured in Central Kentucky since 2009. We currently lovingly produce them in small batches in our Lexington, Kentucky studio.

WHO IS QUALIFIED FOR WHOLESALE PRICING? To qualify for wholesale pricing, you must have a valid sales & use tax ID on file. Please email that document to info@brownstonecandle.com with your shop name in the subject line, if you have not ordered from us in the past. We reserve the right to cancel any unauthorized wholesale orders placed on this website, and for the protection of our existing retail partners, we have a limited number of wholesale accounts.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP? All of our orders are handpoured upon order, labeled and packaged. This process may take 2 weeks for wholesale customers. If you need your order for a special event, we will do everything possible to accommodate you. Please email us at info@brownstonecandle. We will let you know as soon as your order ships or is ready for pickup at our Lexington Station. Once your package is picked up by our carrier, transit times typically range between 1-5 business days, depending on delivery destination.

WHAT IF MY TRACKING DOESN'T SHOW ANY UPDATES? The tracking status may take up to 48 hours to update once the order has been processed and the shipping label created. If you haven't received an update after 48 hours, please reach out to our dedicated Support Team at info@brownstonecandle.com and we'll be happy to help look into it. 

DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING? Unfortunately we do not ship internationally at this time.
